By completing your payment, you agree to the following:

1. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made toward this retreat are non-refundable. Your enrollment secures your space in an intimate container, and we honor your commitment with deep care and planning. Please be certain before booking.

2. Payment Plans & Commitment
If you opt for a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments on time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your participation without refund.

3. Travel & Insurance
You are responsible for your own travel to and from the retreat location. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the case of unexpected events, illness, or delays.

4. Health & Safety
By enrolling, you confirm that you are in adequate physical, mental, and emotional health to participate. You agree to take full responsibility for your wellbeing during the retreat and to notify us of any dietary or medical needs in advance.

5. Respecting the Container
This is a sacred experience. You agree to show up with respect, presence, and open-heartedness for the land, the sisterhood, and yourself. Harmful behavior or repeated disrespect may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

6. Photography & Media Release
There will be a group photoshoot and some retreat moments may be captured for future promotional use. By attending, you grant permission for your image to be used unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

7. Force Majeure
If the retreat must be rescheduled or canceled due to unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g. natural disaster, government restrictions), we will offer options to transfer your payment to a future retreat or similar offering.
